International.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion offered a practical framework for translating global healthcare strategies into local solutions\u2014a challenge central to\u00a0The Lifestone Project, an initiative focused on maternal and newborn healthcare financing in Kenya.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Dr. Oketch, honored with Kenya\u2019s\u00a0Order of the Grand Warrior (OGW)\u00a0for his contributions
