The Women in Health Leadership (WIHL) Project is a research-driven initiative aimed at advancing gender equity in Kenya\u2019s health sector by addressing barriers that hinder women\u2019s progression into senior leadership roles. The project examines how organizational policies, leadership culture, and workplace structures impact career growth for women in healthcare.<\/p>\n

\n

Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, WIHL is a three-year initiative that combines research, advocacy, and targeted interventions to drive meaningful change. Through mentorship programs, coaching, and strategic allyship structures, the project equips mid-to-senior-level women leaders with the support they need to thrive.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
