    Last Friday, we officially entered a strategic partnership with Jubilee Insurance to enhance learning and development opportunities for their customers, partners, staff, and affiliates of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN).<\/p>\n

    This collaboration signifies a proactive approach to shaping the future of education and professional development. By combining our diverse expertise, we aim to create impactful initiatives that drive innovation and foster growth within the community.<\/p>\n

    Speaking during the MoU signing event, Dr. Caesar Mwangi, Executive Dean, Strathmore University Business School noted the importance of academia-industry partnerships.<\/p>\n

    Some of the key focus areas of this partnership will include:<\/p>\n

    Research and Development (R&D)<\/strong>. Here, the two organizations will collaborate on joint projects that address industry-specific challenges, facilitating innovation and creating solutions that benefit both organizations.<\/p>\n

    Training and development<\/strong>. Strathmore University will offer tailored training programmes to upskill employees and affiliates, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market.<\/p>\n

    Knowledge exchange<\/strong>. The two organizations will organize workshops, guest lectures, and seminars featuring industry experts and university faculty in a bid to promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.<\/p>\n

    Curriculum development<\/strong>. Together, the parties will create industry-relevant educational programmes and curricula that align with current market needs, ensuring that learners receive practical and applicable knowledge.<\/p>\n

    Internship and employment opportunities<\/strong>. This partnership will facilitate the creation of internship programs for university students and recruitment drives organized by the university, bridging the gap between education and employment.<\/p>\n

    This partnership not only emphasizes our commitment to educational excellence but also aims to empower professionals and enrich our communities through shared knowledge and resources.
