at the tranquil Outback Kenya Lounge in Maanzoni. The immersive two-day Programme, dubbed the Forum CIV Board Governance Programme, explored three thematic areas: Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Board Dynamics. Our mission was to equip board members with the expertise and tools necessary to elevate their oversight capabilities.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Magnus Lindell, Chair of the board, expressed deep appreciation for the Programme&#8217;s impact, highlighting its role in fostering strategic planning, identifying organizational vulnerabilities, and uncovering immediate opportunities for enhancement.
