Recognizing this imperative, Strathmore Global Institute, Tanzania delivered a training programme for the Managers from the JTI Company.<\/p>\n<p>This Customised Programme, dubbed the High Impact Leadership Programme was tailored exclusively for the visionary leaders of Tanzania Cigarette Public Limited Company (JTI) and took place on 23rd and 24th August 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Under the banner of Strathmore&#8217;s commitment to leadership excellence, this two-day program marked a pivotal moment for the participants. The event was meticulously designed to equip managers with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to navigate the complex challenges of the modern corporate world.<\/p>\n<p>The Programme aimed to strengthen the leadership skills of the managers and prepare them for the next level. Participants delved into the intricacies of optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and achieving strategic goals.
