Meet Thrity Engineer-Mbuthia, an accomplished Certified Leadership Coach and Professional Marketer with a remarkable journey of empowering diverse professionals to attain exceptional results in their personal and professional lives.<\/p>\n

Thrity’s coaching journey is backed by a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the esteemed Academy of Executive Coaching UK. She brings her expertise to bear in coaching senior-level executives across the East Africa region, assisting them in achieving their fullest potential. Her commitment to excellence is underscored by her Associate Certified Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Thirty contributes her coaching prowess to the Merck Accelerator Program, focusing on nurturing startups.<\/p>\n

She is also an integral part of the coaching bench for the Leader As Coach Programme at Strathmore University Business School.<\/p>\n
