On Tuesday, August 1st, 2023, Strathmore Global Institute (SGI) -Uganda and the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU) signed a partnership agreement to upskill HR professionals in Uganda.<\/p>\n

This agreement will see the two parties empower HR professionals across Uganda through comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars. Further, HRMAU members will have access to cutting-edge resources and tools to enhance their skills and expertise.<\/p>\n

Speaking during the event, Ronald Bbosa, the president of HRMAU, emphasized the importance of not only having an MoU but also executing it effectively to maximize the benefits of the engagement. He further expressed his optimism and excitement for the future of the association with Strathmore Global Institute – Uganda as their ideal knowledge partner. \u201cStrathmore’s renowned expertise in the field of human resources management makes them the perfect partner for HRMAU, offering a wealth of knowledge and insights to its members. The partnership is poised to create unparalleled opportunities for professional development, networking, and innovation within the HRMAU community,\u201d Ronald noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Strathmore’s commitment to excellence in education and research will undoubtedly elevate the capabilities of HRMAU members, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute significantly to their organizations’ growth.<\/p>\n

The timing of this partnership is particularly significant as HRMAU gears up to host the East Africa HR Symposium. With the expertise and support provided by Strathmore Global Institute-Uganda, HRMAU is poised to deliver a symposium that will set new standards in human resources management and foster meaningful discussions on the latest trends and challenges in the field.<\/p>\n
