University Business School (SBS) and the Kenya Healthcare Federation held a consultative workshop for Women in Healthcare Leadership (WIHL) Project. This collaborative endeavor sought to foster discussions and alignment on the project\u2019s implementation, with a core focus on promoting positive change within the healthcare sector by advancing the careers and leadership roles of women.<\/p>\n<p>The WIHL Project stands as a powerful testament to the potential of partnership and collective efforts in driving transformative impact within the healthcare landscape. By uniting the academic expertise of Strathmore University and the healthcare professional expertise of the Kenya Healthcare Federation, the project aims to create an environment where women in healthcare leadership can thrive and rise to their full potential.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Central to the project&#8217;s vision is the recognition of the invaluable contributions that women bring to the healthcare sector. The workshop served as a platform to engage in constructive dialogue, identify key challenges faced by women in healthcare leadership, and chart a course for effective solutions.
