21 managers from the Jonus Continental Group in a Customised Programme dubbed the New Managers Development Programme.<\/p>\n<p>The Programme aimed to upskill the managers and strengthen their management skills.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the topics they covered included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>managing upwards<\/li>\n<li>leading high performance teams, and,<\/li>\n<li>how to drive productivity in teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The training also included a personality assessment using the insight discovery model which enabled the participants to better understand themselves and each other.<\/p>\n<p>At Strathmore University Business School, we offer a range of Customised Solutions that focus on providing clients with tailored and bespoke programmes and consulting solutions to ensure that we address their unique and specific needs.<\/p>\n<p>Our Programmes range from developing areas of leadership and management skills to functional skills in operations management, finance and change management.
