Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Friday, 13th May 2022, we graduated 175 Family Bank staff members in a Customised training Programme dubbed \u201cLeading The Family Bank Way\u201d. The participants trained included the members of the Executive Committee, senior managers, middle-level managers and new managers from across the different Family Bank branches across the country.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cLeading the Family Bank Way\u201d Programme is a Customised Programme for Family Bank, designed\u00a0 to strengthen the leadership capabilities of the Bank\u2019s employees at the executive committee level, senior management level, middle management level and the first management level. Further, the Programme aimed to transform the leaders and help them get an understanding of the scope of customers\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking during the graduation ceremony, Dr. Elizabeth Gachenga, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Student and Academic Affairs at Strathmore University, emphasised the importance of organisational values and their contribution to an organization\u2019s culture. &#8220;Without values, there is no culture. We congratulate Family Bank for taking the initiative to build culture and maintain the Family Bank organisational values through their leaders,&#8221; she noted.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Rebecca Mbithi, the CEO, Family Bank, who was also graduating, lauded the participants for their tenacity and commitment throughout the training Programme. &#8220;The journey we embarked on together has been transformational.
