Strathmore University Business School trained two cohorts of\u00a0 middle-level managers from Telkom Kenya in a custom training Programme focusing on effective communication skills for management.<\/p>\n<p>The training spanned two weeks and saw 48 managers trained on how to develop their communication skills at the management level.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the key areas that the training covered include; effective communication in teams, different communication styles for different audiences, presentation skills, assertiveness and emotional intelligence, among
