Of the 32 participants, 30 are from Kenya and two are from Uganda.<\/p>\n<p>The international module is designed to give the participants a feel of the business landscape across the continent and globally. This year\u2019s module was centred around operational excellence, innovation and digital disruption.<\/p>\n<p>This module consisted of week-long sessions facilitated by faculty members from GIBS Business School: Dr. Jeff Chen, Monique Stock, Trevarin Govender, and Ian Clark and his team. Apart from the class sessions, the participants also had activities such as simulation exercises and case study discussions which were aimed at sharpening critical thinking and inculcating teamwork.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Programme for Management Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Programme for Management Development focuses on equipping forward-looking managers with leadership skills critical for personal growth and for helping others grow in the organization.
