Introduction<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Human Resource Management is a strategic process having to do with the staffing, compensation, retention, training, and employment law and policies side of the business.<\/h4>\n

It has shifted from being an administrative role to strategic by ensuring the right people are hired and trained for the right job at the right time. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In every profession, the most important resource necessary is human capital. It is essential for managers, and team leaders across all boards to have \u201chands-on\u201d people management skills.<\/p>\n

This will strengthen their workforce to reflect their true business values, culture and growth objectives while filling critical talent needs.<\/p>\n

The future of work brings with it unprecedented changes such as artificial intelligence, automation of work and fluid workspaces. There is also increasing demand, in employees for creativity, imagination, social and emotional intelligence, and passion.<\/p>\n

This course is designed to build a solid foundation and enhance human resource management skills in a way that gives organizations a sustainable competitive advantage.<\/p>\n

We shall also explore the emerging trends in the future of work and how to navigate through the various challenges, from a Human Resources professional perspective.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To orientate non-Human Resource professionals\/managers on the intricacies of the Human Resource function and address common Human Resource challenges through equipping the participants with the know-how on HR techniques and applications. This would translate to greater efficiency in the resolution of HR issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The delivery of the course employs a combination of interactive lectures, discussions, reflections and case studies delivered by human resource experts (both academics and practitioners).
