Prof. Ben Ngoye<\/strong>
\nClinician and Public Health and Organizational Development Professional<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Prof. Ben Ngoye trained as a clinician and a public health and organizational development professional.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

His experience ranges through the cycle of project management from project conceptualization, resource mobilization and business development, to assessments and evaluations, organization learning and knowledge management.<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

More recently he has been engaged in the technical backstopping and quality assurance of diverse national level technical assistance and capacity building assignments in health and HIV and AIDS.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Qualifications<\/h3>\n<\/div>

PhD in Management Sciences by ESADE Business School of the Universitat Ramon Llull in Spain.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Masters Degrees in Public Health and Organizational Development.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

His thesis titled \u2018An Institutional Logics Perspective on the\u00a0Implementation of Performance Measurement Systems in the Public Sector<\/strong><\/em>\u2019 was a compendium of three articles all of which have been published in highly-regarded peer-reviewed journals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

A holder of a Masters Degree in Public Health, and a Masters degree in Organizational Development, Prof. Ngoye has a good understanding of HIV\/AIDS and other diseases of public health importance in Eastern Africa, of Health Systems and NGO Management, and of the health-related socio-politico-economic issues of the wider Eastern and Central Africa by virtue of having worked in and supported government and civil society institutions in the region.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
