Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Strathmore Business School (SBS) is broadening its executive education focus through initiation of new programs in pursuit of its mission to serve society through transformative leadership in Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania. To support this expansion, SBS now seeks experienced management and Leadership-oriented individuals with demonstrated academic interest to provide leadership in program design, delivery and coaching services in an environment that embraces entrepreneurship and innovation to enhance the transformation of Africa through virtue-based leadership
The Faculty will either be doctoral degree holders or have more than 10 years’ relevant industry experience with a master’s degree in their area of expertise in dealing with business executives, demonstrated capabilities for research and supervision of masters and preferably doctoral level students in the following areas:
The faculty have to be available for training both locally and internationally and ready and willing to commit hours to the Regional Academies assigned to them. They will be required to exhibit ability to be taught and learn as well as commitment to high training standards and engagement deliverables.

Strathmore Business School (SBS), Nairobi – Kenya has had significant growth in the last few years. To support this expansion, we are seeking to employ full-time faculty who are able to teach across our academic programs (Doctoral Program, MBA, MBA- Healthcare Management, MBA- Agribusiness and Masters in Public Policy Management) and Executive Education programs.
We are particularly interested in applications from candidates with expertise in the following areas:
Applicants must have a strong research background, demonstrated through publications and/or successful grant applications. Additionally, they must have experience of teaching, and possess excellent communication skills and awareness of the needs of different audiences, along with good organizational skills.
