You are cordially invited to a knowledge session on how to Align Strategy, Talent and Culture with Prof. Patrick M. Wright Business professor and Director, Center for Executive Succession, Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina.
Culture is the result of long-established behaviors, norms, rituals and accepted ways of working that employees collectively practice.
Strategy, on the other hand, is the unique way the business model will deliver success against medium- to long-term goals.
Is this where great leaders make their mark?
