Business School to Train Leaders in Tanzania

Strathmore University Business School will now train business leaders in Tanzania through the newly launched Tanzania Leadership Development Academy. The Academy launched on 14th June 2016 in partnership with Financial Sector Deepening Africa (FSDA) was attended by over 60 business and government leaders.

The Tanzania Leadership Development Academy executive programs will include the Senior Management Leadership Development Program, the Management Development Program (MDP) and The Effective Director Program which have been running in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.

Dr. George Njenga, the founding Dean of Strathmore University Business School challenged the leaders to engage the government and work closely in developing public private partnerships. He also invited the Business community and Government leaders to actively participate in nurturing quality leadership.

Dr. Vincent Ogutu, Vice Dean Talent Development, inspired the audience to align their daily duties to the greater good of the society, by creating a positive working environment which enhances employee performance and engagement.
