The Strategy Summit theme is: Bridging the Generational Gap – Creating High Performing Teams. Leaders are increasingly grappling with bridging performance gaps in their work forces. As such managing top performance at senior management is a top-of-mind strategic issue for CEOs. Gladys Ogallo is the CEO and Founder of Virtual Human Resources Services Ltd. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She is trained and certified by SHL South Africa and PDA International. Both SHL and PDA International are global leaders in talent assessment solutions. These scientific systems are used in the international markets in analyzing jobs, evaluation, selection, performance management and development of people and teams at all levels and across all sectors.She has vast years experience in the ICT sector working with Africa Online as a Training & Development Manager in charge of 9 countries and later Head of Human Resource at UUNET (now MTN Business). Her rich 14-year career in managing Human Resources has seen her consult for leading African organizations across the continent where she deploys expertise in talent management, assessments, talent development, recruitment, selection, performance management and motivation. Gladys HR career has spanned several countries in Africa including Ghana, Cote d’ivoire, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Swaziland, Uganda, and Tanzania. She currently consults for the International Telecommunication Union, a UN body, among other international assignments. Gladys is a board member of several boards – both locally and internationally.
